At Team Griffin Racing, our mission is to provide our partners and fans with an unmatched level of integrity and pride, while striving to compete and win. We will always, win or lose, set an example as a leader at any level of the racing sport. We are committed to promoting positive sportsmanship, tradition, and excellence through racing, each and every time we hit pit road.
THE TEAM
TEAM OWNER
Matt Griffin
Matt Griffin is not only our Team Owner, but our Team Driver. Known to many as "Griff", Matt started racing in 1996. Although racing has had to take a back seat to running a successful concrete business and raising a family, Griff has consistently returned to racing and brings Championships home too. His most recent Championship being the 2024 SeDIV SARRC Champion.

TEAM PRINCIPLE
Paul Farmer
Paul does it all. Paul is our Crew Chief and the two titles he has doesn't even come close to the knowledge and talent he brings to Team Griffin Racing. With over 30 years in racing, Paul is responsible for building the Team Griffin racecars from top to bottom. He handles all of the chassis and body fabrication on our cars. He always is responsible for every thing on race day.
On Race Day, you will find Paul prepping the car and making sure our Driver, Matt, is in the right head space.

TEAM ENGINEER
Todd Barello
Todd handles all things mechanical with Team Griffin racecars. Todd background in racing is one of a kind. With over 20 years in racing, Todd is the only team member at Team Griffin who been involved with drag racing, professional kart racing, motorcycle racing, and car racing. Safe to say, racing is a passion. Todd has specialized in car restorations including complete builds, it is no surprise he was a professional automotive technician for 20 years.
On Race Day, you can find Todd under one of the cars are in a wheel well.

TEAM EXECUTIVE
Lacie Mitchell
Lacie handles our business side of things, social media, marketing, and appearances. Lacie grew up attending Nascar Races and visiting Lowes Motor Speedway. Her love for racing stemmed from watching the Washington Redskins former owner start his own race team in 1992. Joe Gibbs Racing has always been her team. Outside of Team Griffin Racing, she is Financial Controller, so she brings her financial knowledge to the team as well.
On Race Day, you can find Lacie on the grill mixing up food for the team or taking photos.
